I have a three year old son who hasn't seen his father in 6 months do to a restraining order put on him by a judge who order a restraining order on him against me. His father is now, after 6 months, wanting to see him and take me to court for full custody. The last time he had seen him (over 6 months ago) the police and 241-kids were called on him by someone who claimed that he left my son alone in the apartment while he went across the street to drink. I'm just wondering what I can expect in court whenever we go?

What was the result when the police were called on him, was he at there drinkingand was the child alone? What can be proved in court. Not someone calling, but what was the outcome, I may get the police called on me 100 times, but none of that is usable in court unless they found something.

If he is as bad as you say, then he has little chance of getting custody.
