I have a 1600 watt boss amp and I got two 12" subs, so now I want to hook up my tweeters to my amp because its not working when I hook them up 2 my cd player, and it's a 4 channel amp so I was going to hook them up to my amp and turn the sub db level down, and the gain a little bit down as well, any reason why they aren't working inside my amp? Na bro, you don't hok them up to your amp or cd player.. You want to hook the up to your speakers by attaching them where the other wires hok to your speaker.. And you want to do them to your front speakers because it will sound better also not by your speaker either. Run them to to like your top door panel by your font window.. I promise this is the best spot for them.. Take care
