Some 15 years ago, I picked 9 numbers in random to play LOTTO. I play these same numbers for years, and I came to memorize them. Now, I am obliged to always play these numbers, twice a week, paying 2 € per time, because if I don't play and these numbers come up, then I would have lost a very important amount, which I could never earn in my life. This very annoying. Is there anyway to forget these numbers (e.g. a drug or some other method)?

There's no way to forget them (wonder drug etc) without risking brain damage or similar. I suppose you could try hypnosis or something, but there's very little evidence that it works.
Is this the only aspect of your life that you are unable to alter? Do you have any other obsessive traits?
Have you tried restraining yourself? How would you feel if you resisted and didn't pick those numbers? Would it be easy for you to avoid watching the LOTTO draw?

Thank you for your answer. I don't think I have any other obsessive traits, at least not impedding ones. I always play these numbers, unless I forget for some reason to play. In this case, I am very anxious about the next draw. I suppose I could avoid watching the draw results (my wife suggests so too), but there is always the chance that I'll come across them accidentally.

In a 12 step program they say"Make a conscious decision" to not return to the actions that you need to end.

If you make this decision(look up the definition) you will not only let yourself down( and experience guilt,as you should) but lessen the self worth you are trying to build upon.

It is treated as any other addiction,are you powerless over this activity? Is your life unmanageable because of the need to play a number?Only you can answer that.

You have asked for help,in here, do you really want that help? Again, only you can answer that.

Seeking help outside your comfort zone isn't easy,but if you truly want to stop this despicable activity, get help.
