Hey I frequently have std scares but it really depends on what color the "puss" is if it is clear or yellowish but not white it is most likely a hsv1 or hsv2 symptom if it is whitish it is most likely just a bump. The penis is skin too you have to remember that. And other things you need to ask yourself is does it burn, or itch and I mean a lot like your on fire or a very extreme itch. But the only way to know for sure is to get tested I suggest you Google search other skin symptoms and try to match too.
