    Child support garnishment laws
    If I own my own business can my chid support obligation be garnished?
    Also if I've never been more than 15 days late 1 time?

    As noted, yes it can unless it is set up as a protected status, but then, you would have to also be paying yourself a pay check, which then could be garnished anyway,

    And yes, many judges will allow an garnishment of wages as standard practice. Of course this should not be an issue anyway, since a business man, who is honest and responsible would not want to not pay his obligation.
