    Buy abandon house
How does one purchase a house that has been abandon? We know there is a loan on it, but the persons buying it have left. They are letting the house go. How do we buy it before it goes into foreclosure? The owners did not forward mail, or let anyone know where they went.

    Hello Maria:

If you can't find the owener, you can't buy anything from them. If you know there's a loan on it, contact the bank. Tell them that IF the property goes into foreclosure, you'll be happy to take if off their hands. Maybe they'll tell you where the auction will be held.

The lien holder will be listed at the court house records on the deed. So you can contact them and see if they will contact the owner for you, and attempt to arrange a sell.

Also you can see if they gave the court house any new address. But without the owners sellingit to you, you will have to wait till it is foreclosed on, to buy it from the bank.
