I remember a movie that I saw when I was young. It is the story of a boy who fall with his wheelchair in the forest. The accident provoke a travel in time towards future. It is back in its family but many years afterwards. Her little brother became older than him. Its family tells him that he had disappeared.

That sounds like Flight Of The Navigator, except the kid wasn't in a wheelchair and he did fall in a forest and woke up years later.
