I am 44 years old. I have extremely sore breasts. Is that a symptom of anything except for pregnancy? I've only had a problem like that when pregnant.

I really don't want to make you feel bad, but seriously I was looking at a website lastnight about sore breasts because mine are right now. It said that aside from pregnancy, it is a side effect of going through the change. I would still use protection for a while though. Women often think they are safe when they go through the change but are shocked when they are 56 yo and pregnant.
