Can u get treatment for kosacoffs syndrome and will it be there for life if he has got it:confused:

Exactly what are his symptoms?
Is he an alcoholic? Is his liver okay? What does the doctor say?

If he does have that he needs to take vitamin B1 for starters, even if it isn't a good B complex vitamin would be good.
