My last regular period was September 10. I always get my period around the same time. October 9th I noticed when I wiped there was a light pink color on the tissue it lasted about 2 or 3 days but it wasn't constant it was basically hit or miss. Its now November 10 & I have not had any signs my period is coming. I also think this is a little strange but Im constipated & I'm also really tired. Once in a while I feel a little cramping in the lower right side of my stomach. I took a pregnancy test in October but it was negative so I haven't taken one since? Does anyone have any suggestions? Could I be pregnant?

Try another pregnancy test. If it again comes up negative it's a pretty sure bet you aren't. Since you're a month late for your period, if you are pregnant then any pregnancy test should detect it by now.

When you use the pregnancy test, use it the first thing in the morning. It will help prevent a false negative reading. Have you recently started or stopped taking birth control? I would get checked out by a doctor just to be make sure everything is OK.

I agree, take another test, if negative----how old are you? I am 45 and for the past 2 yrs my period is no longer regular to the day like it used to be. Plus flow has changed...

As everyone has said, take another HPT, if its negative set an appt with your doctor to get a blood pregnancy test to make sure.
