Well are you asking a question here? You strayed, he broke up and said "no more chances" but he came over anyhow, you "did it" and he spent the night. That could mean any of a number of things. He may still care for you and hoping that things can be worked out or he may just be having his fun with you. I can't say for sure but looking at it from my own point of view I'd vote for the "just having fun" option. That's how it would be for me if I were in his shoes.

He is just using you for the free room and board. Like a Bed & Breakfast. He knows you will not say no and he knows just how easy it is to get you. You proved that. I don't believe the words of a drinking person when they say anything and neither should you. But then you were drinking too and that impairment led you to make the error.

That saying the girls all look prettier at closing time - well, there is some truth to that. Guys look cuter too for that matter.

You need to get your head on straight here. Talk to your ex boyfriend when you both are sober and in a reasonable state of mind. If there is something to salvage, then work hard on it. Don't cheat and don't lie about it if you do. Same for him. But I would ask that you two get some professional counseling. Mixing alcohol and sex and break ups mever do turn out well. Next thing you know you are pregnant and isn't that a stable basis for a family?
