    I am a us citizen Working and living in Israel. How do I get a tax refund from the US for taxes I paid in Israel

    You won't!

    What will happen is that, when you file your 2007 U.S. tax return (yes, that IS REQUIRED), you can claim the Foreign Tax Credit using Form 1116 to offset whatever taxes you may owe to the U.S.

    More than likely, when you file your U.S. return, you will owe nothing.
