About 6 weeks ago I was kind of itchy around my anus so I tried hemroid cream and it didn't work and then it got much worse.. when I looked at it it looks like an abrasion... and it grew out in diameter... by the end of the 2nd week it was much larger... very red, open wound like abrasion.. I went to my doctor and know I have had it for 5 weeks and the meds my doc has me on is not working... he has me on Valtrex... hydorcodizone... and a pain killer... also using Lidocaine... for pain topically and Nistantin... Nothing is working... nothing.. worst of all it has moved up my scrotum... and all the way up my penis... now this morning it is moving up my lower stomach just above the penis shaft... It is extremely painful... and even more itchy.. when I looked up pictures of herpes it didn't look like that's what I have... Please help me if you can.. its unbarable... sincerely in pain.

Tell your doctor that medication is nor working and get another one. Don't use creams and pills that weren't prescribed with a prescription, that can cause a bad reaction. If your doctor can't help anymore, see another doctor, or it if gets really bad, visit a hospital.

Wow he's got you on anti viral and bacterial. He just tried everything. I would get a second opinion.
