A man who looks at you like he is boring holes into your skin would mean that he finds you hot. When he does things nice like buy you flowers & treats you to a fine dinner post coital, I guess you got something there. When he can't get enough of you after hours of making love :D

With that said, here are some things I think you might observe if he really enjoys sex with you.
1. Wants to have it with you more than once, during the same time.
2. Wants to see you again, different time.
3. Keeps telling you how great you are, and expressions he just can't hold back, like "wowwww", or others I won't mention here. (Probably not "wow", but something more specific!).
4. Keeps whispering in your ear things he likes about you.
5. Wants to hold you tight when finished, just lie there with you awhile.
6. Also, will probably want to have some length foreplay, so you will be more than ready!
Hope this helps a little. The more he talks with you and to you, the more he is enjoying it.

If he's willingly doing it, he's more than likely enjoying it... if he goes screaming in pain, then you might consider that into the equation, unless of course he likes pain...
