Hi my furnce starts but the fan( blower) won't kick in would it be a limit switch

It could be a limit switch. It could be the fan and limit switch combo.
It could be the motor for the fan also.

Your newer furnaces have all the fan controls including the relay for the fan on a very expensive circuit board. Such furnaces usually have an LED that flashes a code identifying the problem.
