    Judgement with no knowledge
I had no idea, but I have a judgement against me. My bank sent me a copy and has withdrawn close to a thousand dollars from my account. I have a few days to send an exemption notice to prevent them from paying who ever the creditor was. Should I pay and then figure out a lawyer or should I find a lawyer and figure out how to dispute paying this?

Get a lawyer first is what I would do.

File Motion to vacate the judgment with the court that issued the Writ of Granishment, that will prevent the bank from removing the funds and giving them to the plaintiff.

Motion to Vacate improper service. The bank should have a copy of the Writ, get it from them.
