The 'Filter' light flashes permanently, and I think this is a function of running time, not filter condition. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you how to correct this. Can anyone help?
Many thanks

Thermostats are powered from the furnace,, turn the breaker off to the furnace for 1 minute and then turn back on,, hopefully it will reset the stat
Many thanks, but I tried that already. I THINK that the thermostat program brings up the "Filter" flashing after X hours running time. It is just a reminder, not an indication of the filter condition. I suspect that it can be cancelled by the simultaneous push on two or more of the function buttons - but so far I've not discovered which ones!Quote:

Now, flashing be-gone! Hope this helps.
Dear nchan,
I've been away for a few days and tried your suggestion just as soon as I got home - and you are absolutely right. Problem solved. Very many thanks - and I hope Honeywell will now include this in their instruction book! Thanks again.
Suggestion was 100% correct.
