Taquisha, sweetheart, I'm no nutrition expert, but I can tell you how INCREDIBLY unhealthy and dangerous it would be if you actually did lose 65 lbs in only 1 week. 65 lbs is an obscene amount to try to lose in such a short time. Losing weight is a work in progress and takes a lot of time, hard work, and dedication. I believe that if you put your mind to it, and enlist the help of your parents/guardians, you can get to the weight you want. Hopefully more people with much more experience and knowledge than me will spot your question and give you advice on how to lose weight in a much healthier and safe manner :)
Whoa! 65 pounds in one week? That is A) impossible without amputating a limb or something. B) very dangerous to attempt. Try a realistic goal of say 5-8 pounds per week. Try eating frequent, small, healthy, meals and snacks. Try to substitute sugar in everything. Drink water instead of carbonated beverages. Especially cold or ice water, since the body has to burn calories to convert the water to body temperature. Try moderate exercise. Like walking short distances (around the block a couple of times). Take the stairs instead of the elevator, that sort of thing. There is no crash diet out there that works. I know I've tried. But when I switched to the frequent small meals, my stomach got used to that size, so I can't eat like I used to, and my metabolism didn't switch to "survival mode", grasping every calorie because it thought I was starving.
And don't punish yourself if you occasionally fall off the band wagon. Just get back on and continue. That is the best advice I can give you...

65 pounds in a 1-2 week period is impossible, sorry. For healthy weightloss you should only strive to lose 1-2 pounds PER week. The best way for healthy weightloss (and I say that because at 12 I was trying to lose weight quick and completely ruined my health for awhile because of it) is to exercise and just watch your sugar intake and junk food intake, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and you should be on track.
