Anyone know what size the speakers are in a 2004 dodge ram1500 in the front and if I can fit 6.5 inch in their? Thanks

More of a concern than diameter would be the depth of the speaker.

From the back of the unit to the mounted surface, you need enough room to clear the outer door skin, once a rain-guard is installed.
Plus anything else inside the door: wiring harness' and/or window glass, and door handle or lock mechanism rods.
