2002 Honda Civix EX stalling while driving
Hi, I have a 2002 Civic EX, 57K miles, over the past few months it has been stalling at various speed DURING acceleration. I just had Honda look at it on 11/6. They found nothing and no computer codes in the log. They also could not reproduce the stalling with the tech in the car. Once it stalls, I put it in neutral and restart, which it does with no issue. Anybody have this issue? I have two small children, and I don't feel safe driving this car.

UPDATE --> Car is back at Honda 11/9, it could be the KEY which sends a signal to the computer, (this is a security feature). I will update again once I hear back from HONDA.

Check the Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor. They are normally located in a position where they are affected by water and other contamination.

UPDATE # 2 - Honda could not figure it out, I replaced the key, and it 'only' happened once more in over a week.
