I got something, on Monday, from new member about how much he loved me after reading my profile and I should email him. :rolleyes: I deleted it, figured he was trying to promote some scam. Maybe should have reported him. Am sure I was not the only one he contacted.

I get them by email from this site and the odd PM. I forward them to Rick usually.

LOL NK I don't except emails from here for the very reason you get spammed to heck by morons that just made me smile this morning though I had one on Monday too been a while since I got spam pm's though.

I get them all too. I guess since I've been in the slam, they think I'm an easy mark. They're the same. You think somebody in impressed with your profile, but what they really want you to do is accept a check from them and send the money to them before it bounces.

It happens all the time. It happens HERE all the time. And, some people are still falling for it. We had a poor victim just yesterday on the law boards.

omg I'm so relieved I got the same one and felt horrible because I sent a reply saying "im sorry i have a gf" lolz I felt so terrible thank god its sum stupid scam and not a real person

I don't really look in my email inbox at all, it fills up too quickly with thousands of "reply to such and such askmehelpdesk post"
I just use it for my various internet accounts and messenger
Hehe when messenger is open and I get a notification of reply to post, then it pops up to the bottom rite of my screen saying I got an email from askmehelpdesk so then I know to check my user cp for replies/ pms :)
Great thing about messenger, is if sum1 gives you crap/is trying to spam you, you can just click block, and never worry about it again

I guess the weirdest PM I got was a girl that kept sending me messages saying things like, I WANT SEX.. It was so strange. I forwarded it to CB and he took care of that PSYCHO

Hehehehehehe he loves dealing with the amhd freaks it makes his day sad isn't he ;)
