I have a friend who was raped when he was 12, by another family member who was 13 at the time. This was about 8 years ago. There was an investigation done and due to lack of evidence, nothing ever came of it. There is now new evidence, is it possible for him to do anything with it? Or would this already be past the statute of limitations?

I don't know for sure but rape is a criminal act so even years past the action, it should still count so, I would call the police and report it have another investigation its always worth a shot :D
