    :confused: is it leagal for a 19 year old boy to date a 16 year old girl in the state of Alabama? Please only answe with facts not opinions

    I believe that the legal age of consent is now 16. The age recently changed to 16... so no, it's not illegal. I COULD be wrong. But I believe that's the case. Anyone else want to help me out with this one?
