Order to strike after I served the court my answer to a Judgement
 Hi! I would appreciate any help with this one... I answered a judgement with the court and the lawfirm suing sent me a notice that they never received an answer with them that I was to file at the same time. So I sent out another one to their office a few days later. I have already received my court date. I just received another letter from the law firm today with a "Order to strike" because I failed to serve the attorney with my copy of my answer. So now it says I have to answer this within 10 days so now what do I do? Thanks!

This is called, you don't have an attorney, so they will continue to serve you with paper work, unitll you mess up and don't file correctly and they will use that to win.

So you hire an attorney basically to take care of this. I would assume you are sending all answers by registered mail or having it served by acceptable legal standards.
