I have a family member who is 13 years of age who was taken to Mexico and left there with her mothers astranged ex boyfriend who is possibly a sex offender. Some relatives of mine are trying to find out what they can do or what channels they must go through to bring her home to a safe and secure family. If anyone has any advice please help.
