What did you try to do to uninstall or reinstall Outlook?

    Uninstall
    Hi,
Another method of uninstalling, then reinstalling Outlook Express 6 is usually successful.
    Did you try this:
    Connect to the internet, then,
Go to Start/Search, then type in ie6setup.exe , then click on OK.
When it finds the file, then left double-click on it to start the Installation Wizard.
    Click on Custom Installation.
Then, left click on Internet Explorer to reinstall it, (even though it will be in Black, saying it's already installed).
Left click on Outlook Express to install it, then click on OK, or Next.
Just keep going, telling it to reinstall IE and Outlook Express.
It will eventually tell you it's uninstalling them, then installing them.
    After finish, re-boot.
I do wish you the best.
Usually, using this method works to do a good uninstall, then reinstall.
