Most of those are short for formats to pictures. If you wanted to save a picture and send it or save it you would save it in one of those formats. Some save as large files some are saved as small files. I know you have tried to send something to someone and an error comes up that the file is to big. This happens most times with pictures. You can go to the PC magazine wed site, they have a section with all the info you need to breakdown those codes for you. Hope this helps.

    URL - Uniform Resource Locator
It can be a web address
http://asite.com (Hypertext Transfer Protocol at asite.com
    https://asite.com (Secure Hypertext... )
    ftp://asite.com (A File Transfer Protocal) at asite.com

    The rest are file extensions/types

    Bmp - bit mapped graphics
Doc - A Microsoft Word DOCument
Gif - Graphic Image Format (Good for stills)
    Jpg, jpeg (Another image format)
Pdf (Portable Document Format - Adobe Acrobat file)
    Png - (Another image format)
Psd - A raster Image file (PSD File Extension - Open .PSD files)
    Txt - A text file
Xls - A spreadsheet made my Microsoft Excel
Zip - A little harder. A single file containing an Archive of files which have been compressed so it takes up less space.

Automatically Parse Links - Take anything that looks like a URL and make it clickable. This usually means putting CODES around the item.
