I'm embarrassed about this subject but I need help. OK. The bottom line is that I got a rash on my penis. Its on the shaft on the penis and I can't put any kind of lotion on it or else it will get very sensitive to the lotion and it will make the rash bigger, and if I leave it dry then it cracks and becomes all scaley like a skab. It is really bothering me and I just want it to go away. I am 17 and I am still too uncomfortable to have sex because this rash is just so unnormal like a normal penis should be. And a girl doesn't want that. How to I get rid of the rash on my penis?
