Usually that happen after a short run. If I driver for 5-10 minutes and stop and try to start again, the engine will turn but won't start. Sometime it will hardly start by running really badly and finally runs fine. Its seems that when it's really hot, the problemhappen less often. If that happen after a short run, just have to wait for 15 minutes and it will start again. Thanks to help me

Check ignitor, coil, and main relay. Ensure spark plugs (NGK only), distributor cap, rotor, and spark plug wires are in good shape. If the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, and you can hear the fuel pump run, the problem is likely in the distributor. It may be time to install a new distributor, including ignitor and coil, in your car. The bearings and sensors in Honda distributors eventually fail.

Just replace the entire distributor and still the same behaviour. Half the time, when it's really not starting, CEL will be on. If it seems that it wants to start, no engine lite come up and sometime will start after starting for a while. Just wondering when the main relay is bad, I'll still be able to start the car or just nothing would happen?

Sounds like a bad ECM. Run the K-Test:

The K-Test: Remove the MAP Sensor connector and turn the ignition switch to ON (not start). Using a multi-meter, check for 5 volts going between the MAP Sensor connector's reference wire (+) and ground. As you look at the connector, this is the socket on the right. Really press the black test lead into a cleaned main ECM ground on the thermostat housing. If the voltage is low, it's probably indicating ECM failure. Most failed ECMs will record a fraction of a volt. To me, the K-Test is simple, elegant, and accurate.
