In the picture, the girl is putting her hand on her nose and try to block it. I'm vietnamese and I don't know how to call that action in English. Can you help me ?

The girl is pinching her nose.

Could be she is sneezing

She thinks that the item in front of her stinks.

For this action we might also say that "she is holding her nose".

Another way is to say that she is covering her nose.
