    I would like to know what a quite title is, and what all it involves please.

    Quite title actions are used to quite any claims against a property. Completion of the quite title action will prefect the title and give you marketability of that title.

    Many uses, but if you own property that may have some "issue" in the title to the property, perhaps you got it though a tax sale, or you find that two owners ago, was really married but his wife at the time did not sign to acknowledge of the sale. And a dozen other possible issues.
