At fourteen I think you should look but don't touch. There is nothing wrong with being gay but advancing on your feelings at this age can lead to a myriad of problems. Fourteen year old 'straight' boys do not act well to another boy coming on to them. They barely act well to girls coming on to them so you see what I mean. Spare yourself the heartache/ trouble in that area.
When you get a bit older and if you still think you are bi you should try and find your local gay community, it can be very supportive. How do you do that? If you go to collage check out the LGBT, or if not try gay community sites such as gaydar.com in the uk. They are places to make gay friends and find boyfriends. I really think you should wait though as I know that there are some unscrupulous men out there who would be more than willing to take advantage of you because of your age and inexperience.
So my general message is don't worry if you are gay or bi, but don't rush into things, and don't isolate yourself at school by making advances to any boy you don't know for sure is gay or bi also. Oh and don't label yourself too young!

There is abosolutely nothing wrong at all with being gay, and never let anyone tell you otherwise. I am 13 and bisexual (I'm pretty damn sure anyway) and what templelane said is true. If you do confront this boy he may react badly, tell everyone at school and you be bullied. Some people are mean like that. Or he might take advantage of you liking him and manipulate you into doing things for him. There is quite a big chance you could get hurt. However, finding out about his sexulity is a good idea. Does he have a girlfriend or has he had them in the past? You should be careful what you decide, but in the end its what you want to do that matters. Hope this helped and good luck =)
