For the past couple of months I've been getting a vertical line in almost all my nails. I have 1-3 lines on each nail, kind of clear-grey, and now the nails are spliting at the bottom. I've not done a manicure in about 2 yrs and I don't use any detergents, liquids, or creams on my hands, I'm not a smoker, and my blood tests are normal. What should I do? What is it? Thank you

I am not sure exactly what it is (alot of help right? :) ) but I got those all the time as a kid. I think it maybe something missing from your diet. Maybe calcium.

If it is like what I had as a kid - it is nothing to worry about.
