Just installed a new Noma Programmable Thermostat. However the heat cycle time seems to be too short. It's set to 19.0 C. It turns on the furnace at 19.7 C for only 30 seconds at a time an then shuts off. This repeats many times in one hour. Is this thermostat functioning correctly?

NO change the heat cycle selection to something different. There answer will be in your owners manual. The problem is with the heat anticipator circuit.

I have a NOMA termostat/ air conditioning at least for 2 years. I want to reset the temperature but I not have Intruction. On front of case is RUN HOLD SET UP displayed on vertical. On the bottom of case is on left side ON/ Arret and on right side is Auto On.
Please, help me with temperature programming instruction.
