The best way to get them off is to clear the start up menu --go to start run and type msconfig
And OK --in the system configuration window go to the last tab that says (start up) and click on
(disble all) and than (apply) and OK it will ask you to restart the comp so do that and I am sure
That the next time you restart the comp or shut it down you will not receive that error message
Then you enable each program one at a time until you find the one that causes error
Message --- add/remove that program and go get a fresh install of program
Dwwin.exe is part of windows xp, it scans for viruses and etc however many spyware programs are known to mask themselves by appearing to be dwwin.exe.
Go into safe mode and run a virus and spyware scan, if that doesn't find anything then this file actually is corrupt.
