I have a feeling that he does not love me, even though he says he do. Because he does not show me any love. He have not got time for me.

If he really loves you he would MAKE time for you.
But before you do anything you should let him know how you feel.
Tell him that you want some time with him and you.
If he says he loves you then he should.
