Hi, there.
My computer is running Windows XP Pro.
When I right click on 'My Computer', select Properties, I got an error message saying that" This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
When I click Start button, Control panel is not found on the list.
Hope friends out there can help me to solve this problem without formatting my computer.

Hi I had the same prob some time ago? All I did was head into the control panel re-configer the start menu and add my computer to it there and that should fix it

Try and change your log in name to administrator

You maybe a victim of spyware. Make a backup of important files like your document folders... pics... music etc... format and reinstall windows...

Try and format your system and install
