I have 10 week old chihuahua and I'm having a very hard time potty traning I'm using pad sometimes she uses it sometimes she don't if I catch her goning on the floor I take her to the pad and I just don't think she is getting it also what is the create method everyone is talking about someone please help me

I don't recommend pads unless you are in an apartment with no quick access to outside. You could modify what you will find at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/dogs/i...tml#post251809
To work with pads if you go ahead with them.
