Does Michigan offer early rental agreement termination due to job relocation without penaty?

Doubt it... this is only for military. Find out how much it will cost you to brake your lease and then talk to the HR dept of your new employer about job relocation expenses.

Other than military moves, I don't know any state that allows early lease termination just because of a relocation.

So your options are:

1) sub lease
2) offer a buyout
3) see if company relocation policy covers lease termination
