    Is pawning items that have been stolen the same as felony thief,even if you had nothing to do with stealing the items

    Yep. If they're stolen and you are in possession of and/or you profit from them, that's receiving stolen property which is a crime. Whether it's a felony or misdemeanor depends on the value of the goods in question.
