    Laid off need to get out of lease.
    I am in an Arizona rental agreement. I am renting a house. I got laid off from my job. I have not found another job and I am running out of money. Can I get out of this lease early (it is up in April). If I can get out of the lease do I lose my deposit?

    No you can not just get out of your lease, you may try

    1. sub lease it to someone else
    2. talk to landlord and they may let you out if they are just nice people
    3. get a room mate if that would work
