Remove the aerator from the spout and check and clean the screens. While the aerator's off the spout turn the water on. Is there a strong stream?
    Regards, Tom

It may be in the supplies or the angle stops. How old is your house and what material are the pipes made of? Turn the water off and disconnect one of the hoses from the angle stop. Place a pan over the angle stop and crack the valve for a second. Is there a strong stream coming out now? Regards, Tom
