Ok I Found A Lil White Round Pill.. Kind of Looks Like A Foot Ball With G 3719 On It.could You Tell Me What It Is

It appears to be Alprazolam.

It is used in the treatment of anxiety, panic disorder, insomnia (trouble sleeping), and anxiety caused by depression. This medicine is a benzodiazepine. And is a prescription drug.
