    Paranormal activity!
OK well I have a lot of activity in my house with ghosts and I'm the only one who see hears and feels what they do.I am a 14 year old female,I lost my girlfriend to suicide so ik she's with me. But my house was built on a cemetery. I live in my own room for 8 years until this year. My room would be the coldest and darkest, we tried to see what was wrong many times but I noticed that it could be paranormal activity. I've been living in my house for almost 9 years now and I noticed that the only come to me. I hear noies, screams, fighting, crys, and other noises. I see and talk to a few of them. My ex girlfriend comes to me all the time. But there's this one little girl who sit in my kitchen and has 3 hole one in her heart one in the head and in the leg. I don't think they are bullet wones. She crys a lot. And there's a little boy who's stands in front of my fridge. But that's not it, on many accounts I've been abouse by them not sexualy but psychily. In one case I had 6 gashes going into my cleavage and down my legs. I've been brused. I thought I was doing something in my sleep so I went to a hospital so they can monitur me for 3 weeks I stayed there and they said I would wake up with marks but I didn't do them.
Why are they picking on me? Why are they hurting me?

I don't know why they would try to harm you. Especially after living there this long you would think they would be use to you by now. Would your friend be able to tell you? Ask her to find out.

In some cases it very well could be a demonic spirit taking the shape of a young boy or girl. Personally it they are causing you pain I would try to bless the house against evil sprits. Burning Sage is a get way to start or even spreading holly water around the house. I would start with burning of sage while saying a blessing. (you can easily find them anywhere)

Listen, don't put too much emphasis on this. The true is that teens sometimes have physical expressions of their emotions appear to happen in the real world. You have been affected strongly by the loss of a friend's life, and fears have welled up inside you. Also loneliness and feelings of being out of control . This will get better in time, please know this. Find something physical to do that binds you to the real world - running on a treadmill, being outside in the sunshine, hugging sweet animals. Talk to people who are alive and ask them about themselves, their history. Keep a journal, but don't write about anything supernatural - only document school, new friends, even the mundane about what you ate, where you went. If you do not feed the spookiness you will be surprised to find, after some time, that it will leave you alone. Exercise and then feel the soreness in your muscles. Take a hot shower and feel the warmth. Bring yourself back to this world and defy anything to try to pull you out of it. You have the right to be here and you have the right to be happy. Find something that makes you feel that way - writing, painting, music - whatever it is for you, and do it with a vengeance. Don't let anyone take the light that burns inside of you away from you.

Tropic gave a great answer for any teen, or anyone at any age, who is suffering from abnormal fears, especially of the occult. I have to say though that I think Toxic-juggalette's story is complete nonsense. It sounds very made up and artificial. Probably written just to scare readers who have seen the "paranormal activity" movies. SO if anyone is posting made-up stories here, please grow up, get a life, and don't poop all over a website where people post real experiences.

Normally I would not do this because it would be hijacking a persons thread . Since this thread is 4 years old with no reply from the original poster I will say what I have to say here.

In have experienced paranormal events and have studied ,read, attended gatherings and meetings and gone wherever I could where paranormal events were said to occur and have done so for longer than most of you have been alive I will bet.

From my firsthand experience I would advise that no matter how a persons account of their experience may sound to you never jump to judgment. If you want to help, try to get all the information you can from the person . They may just not be too good at communicating especially in this area where you stand to be ridiculed for any number of reasons by any number of people.

They may have already been given advice or information that is faulty and be acting on that.

Since over 90% of all suspected paranormal activity turns out to be explainable I suggest looking for those explanations first.
This also may calm scared people where as falling right in with it is paranormal can cause unnecessary stress , imprudent action and even be damaging in many other areas also.

I give ideas of what can cause events that are often mistaken for paranormal as a way of showing how to begin to understand all aspects of the situation.

    As an example,
This was for a teen that thought their building was haunted because people died there.

Many many buildings , especially apartment buildings, will have people pass away while living there. In fact if a building like that is over 10 years old the chances that someone died there are almost 100% and there is no reports of ghosts.

I believe in the paranormal and have seen it. But almost every time paranormal events are reported they are found to have been caused by things like the noises buildings make as they heat up in the sun and cool down at night. The noises that can be made from this are incredible and varied and can easily be confused with whispering, footsteps, knocks, laughter, crying, and almost anything else.

The human brain is so amazing in what it can do that when you hear or see something that you don't understand , your brain will try to put it into a situation that it understands.
And since shows like "Ghost Hunters" are so common and movies like that too , the brain will find it a similar situation and "classify" your experience as "ghost-like" all in 1/000 of a second and you then without realizing it focus on it being scary or strange. When this happens your brain starts working faster due to our basic survival instincts reaction to fear. It then tells your body to release a chemical called adrenalin that speeds everything up. That is what is happening when you are startled and feel "chills" run up your spine.

This heightened activity can cause you to be so much more aware of what is going on around you , you will hear and see things you normally would not notice.

And many times these are the things that are mistaken for ghosts, voices, knocking , and on and on.

I believe you and want to help you understand that you don't need to be afraid . Start thinking about what other things might have caused these things. It can turn into some really interesting and even fun mystery solving.

Hauntings do happen. And without being there I cannot honestly tell you if your building is haunted or not.
But I have spent many years looking into these things and from what you have told me I honestly think that we could find these things are not paranormal at all and you have no reason to be afraid.

So if anything happens from now on remember to think about all the other things it can be and it is not anything to be scared of.
I want you to keep me updated all the time and we can get to the bottom of this.
    __________

    tropic and KarenReye,
I question the source of your explanation of teens having "physical expressions of their emotions appear to happen in the real world." I am not clear on what you mean by this either.

There does seem to be a correlation of paranormal activity and teens that is conjectured to be that there is energy from people that age that can be used or feed off by whatever is at the root.
And this has been noted in several studies by independent researchers.

And keeping a journal of what is happening is usually helpful in many ways such as showing if patterns exist. That can giving the person a different perspective of what is going on that

Also , Iknowhauntings, it very well could be a demonic spirit. It could be a thousand other things also and until you know for sure what you are dealing with tossing holy water , burning sage and looking for blessings to try yourself could be opening doors instead of closing them.

A blessing of the house by the clergy of your choice who knows why you want the blessing and has experience in this , is usually a good place to start until more is known.

Far too little information has been given to draw a conclusion as to the validity of the events or the motives of the person posting.
In the paranormal area you find the sincere people seeking information and/or help but aren't sure of how to go about it or what information would be the most important to convey.

Due to the popularity of things like the movies "Paranormal Activity" and the abundant weekly shows , their account of the event(s) may be influenced by those factors making it sound suspicious.

And after sorting through the many troll tales that are abundant in the paranormal area it can be difficult to sort them out at times which is a good reason to give the benefit of the doubt until you have All the information you can reasonably gather which should be priority one.

This is longer than I planned already so I'll cut it off here for now.

I would like to discuss this further with you and will start a new thread called Paranormal Discussions to do so.

    Hope to hear from you.
