:) Hi my name is Damian I'm 19 and for about 7 years now I've clicking my ear, it may sound a little strange but basiclly I take the main part of my ear pull it back and push forward making it click.

I really hate doing it but I simple can't stop, most of the time it's instinctive and I don't even notice I'm doing it, I'd just like to know if I'm causeing any damage, and if so does anyone have advise on how I should help it heal.

It may all sound a little unsual but please if someone could help I'd love to hear from you thanks. :rolleyes:

Try taking zinc, gingko biloba, goldenseal and omega 3 for a month and see if that helps.
