I rented a house in CA for 5K,month,one year written agreement.then I decided that I can allow to live in this house somebody to help me to pay the rent.at the same day this person came to the house,I discover that there is a lot of mold in the additional room to the bedroomnot permited)we didn't sign any contract with the girl,no deposit ,no paiment,but I make her to sign a paper that she does not hold ME responsible for any mold damage toher,her staff etc.Now I want out of the lease because of mold,and I end up b/w two fires -landlord demonding to continue the lease, she does not want to move out.. will be very gratefull if you helpme.

She's a tenant, and you have to evict her. You can read the law right here at the top of this forum on a sticky note.

See if the landlord will allow her to take over the lease from you. Then you can move out, she can stay and get her own roommate.
