What do u mean by 9 and a half stone?

That's how much I weight. Im not sure what it is in llbs or kilos

I don't know that measurment of weight or how to convert it. If you can figure out how much it is in pounds or kilograms, someone might be able to educate you better.

I am the same height and weight as you. And have tried to join many slimming clubs with no luck. They have always told me that I am at a good weight for my height. So I suppose we are. Even though I would feel more comforable if I could loose at least half a stone.
