    Bathroom remodel
I have a fairly small master bath. My son has muscular dystrophy and I would like to remove the tub/shower combo and replace it with a roll in shower. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

We once completed a bath remodel with the same type situation, we bought the tub at Lowe's it was a special order, at
$700 a 1 piece also. This may not work for you since you may not beable to get this into your house in 1 piece, if you don't mind tile you can always have a shower built with a low threshold. To do this you need to have a larger shower and maybe even a L shape to keep the water from running out the door,

If he is confined to a wheelchair and want be using the shower head but instead a shower wand then you can get a 3 or 4 piece unit that will fit in you bathroom, you can get these with a low shreshold as well to help roll the wheelchair in,
Standard tub is probably going to be a little small, if you can get a 30" deep shower/tub it helps a lot. Ill check my pics I may have the shower in my photos, I ll post it,
