These are some tips that helped me stay focus on exams:
    1. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and eat before you take the exam.
    2. Make sure you are drinking plenty of liquid beforehand. You don't want to be dehydrated.
    3. Practice your test-taking skills. Get some practice math problems and a timer. Try to complete as many problems correctly in a set time. Go back and look at the type of mistakes you make. This will help you identify the ways you are most likely to make an err.
    4. Stay calm. If you think you are spending too much time on one problem, make a note next to it. Move on to the other problems. Then, when you have completed the others, go back to the difficult problems you have marked. This way, you won't feel that you are going to run out of time on one problem. You will know that by the end of the test, you will have a few difficult problems to work on. Otherwise, you might be thinking of all the ones you still have to do and become worried than you will leave unfinished problems when the time is up.
    5. Get some light exercise before you take the test. Take a little walk, stand up and stretch your muscles, take some deep breaths.
    6. Ask your teacher for advice on remembering the math. He/she might have some really good ideas about how to remember. He/she also might be able to go over previous tests with you and identify the types of mistakes you are making.
    7. When you study for a test, add something new every time. Go back over everything you have practiced before. This way, you are reviewing everything each time. It will help make it stay in your memory.
    8. Don't worry too much. If you are too worried about your score on the test, it will distract you from the work you need to do. You obviously care very much about your math skills, and that is very admirable. If you make a mistake, just try to remember what you did wrong, and then move on. By not being stressed, your mind will remain more clear.
    I hope this helps!

You need to speak to your school academic counselor or guidance counselor, your parents and your teacher.
