    Non-Comodogenic Makeup
    Hello
I'd like to find a foundation that isn't powdery, because I have dry sensitive skin and it makes it look flaky, and one that is creamy and gives my face a nice glow, but isn't oil based which irritates my skin. Can I find a creamy, water based formula makeup at a place like walmart? Any suggestions? Thanks :)

You can find non-comedogenic, water based foundations at drug stores or pharmacies in the cosmetic aisle. Some stores carry several brands such as Cover Girl, Loreal, Revlon, Almay and Maybelline. These brands come in water-base also. You might want to browse in the makeup aisle of your local drug store and look for a foundation that complements your skin type and tone.

Do you know of a specific makeup? I've tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse, but I'm not sure if it's water based, it seems to make my face look oily. How do I tell if a makeup is water based?

You can tell if your foundation is water-based by reading the label. It will say water-based or oil-free on it. There's a foundation by Cover Girl called "Clean Makeup." It's water-based and it does not clog the pores. And Almay has a foundation called "Nearly Naked Liquid Makeup." This is also water-based. There are quite a few water-based foundations out on the market.
